Jamaican master painter, Albert Huie, died yesterday in Baltimore, Maryland (USA), after a long illness. He was 89 years old. Huie is highly regarded as one Jamaica’s foremost artists, and earned local and international acclaim for his works, many of which are represented in private, corporate and public collections, including the National Gallery of Jamaica.
